Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a production/automation technician to configure vision inspection systems, conveyors, and robotic pick-and-place on the packing line. The role includes camera setup, machine alignment, and routine preventive maintenance to minimize product slippage and downtime.

You will configure lines according to product specs and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations on the packaging and inspection stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting up vision inspection systems and cameras.
• Hands-on with conveyor lines and robot pick-and-place tasks.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breaks.

Responsibilities

• Setting of all Industrial camera as per the specification given.
• Setting of lifting blocks and friction wheel to minimize slippage of product.
• Setting of conveyors to carry product to inspection system.
• Setting of Auto Pack Robot to pick and Place the Product.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and to attain respective system related break down & troubleshoot.
• Configure the production line and vision systems according to the product specifications provided.
