Rico Jinfei Wheels invites an experienced Gravity Die Casting specialist to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in GDC or similar, with hands-on knowledge of GDC machines, process parameters, and moulds, and exposure to 2W alloy wheel manufacturing.

You will lead downtime and rejection control, drive productivity improvements with 5S, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke, and ensure process parameter control. Full-time diploma or BE candidates preferred.

Formación

• 7-8 years of experience in Gravity Die Casting (GDC) or similar industry.
• Diploma or BE degree (full-time).
• Mandatory experience in 2W alloy wheel manufacturing.
• Manpower handling, shift planning, production targets, downtime and rejection control.
• Identification and root-cause analysis of porosity, shrinkage, blow holes, cracks, inclusions and other casting defects.
• Process parameter control, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, rejection reduction and productivity improvement.
