Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a Shift Engineer for Diamond Wire Bay & Line Operations to ensure safe, reliable running of diamond wire electroplating bays across 2–3 lines on shift. You will own takt adherence, OEE, bay yield and first-time-right quality, while coordinating with Quality, Chemistry/PSM, Maintenance and Logistics to deliver the daily production plan for silicon and DPClinked products.

This role requires quick decision making on the shop floor and strict compliance with HSEF and process

The engineer acts as the first line of technical decisionmaking on the shop floor, coordinating with Quality, Chemistry/PSM, Maintenance and Logistics to deliver the daily production plan for both silicon and DPClinked products.
