Job summary

Patanjali Foods Limited seeks a skilled Maintenance/Utilities Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of utility equipment such as cooling towers, boiler, and thermal fluids, ensuring smooth production support in Nagpur.

The role involves process optimization, vendor management for spares, maintaining utility reports, PM scheduling, and implementing safety systems like PTW; strong procurement and record-keeping skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of running all Utility equipment like Cooling towers, thermic fluid heater, 16 TPH water tube boiler.
• Vendor Management for spares and consumables, developing and reduction of cost where possible.
• Maintain daily & monthly utility reports (Water consumption, heat load, costing).
• Maintain operational logs, equipment readings, and shift hand-over notes.
• Perform PM scheduling of all utilities equipment.
• Design and implement Permit-to-Work (PTW) system to ensure workplace safety.

• Vendor Management for required spares consumables, developing and reduction of cost where ever implacable.
• To maintain daily & Monthly based utility reports. (Water consumption report, heat load report & costing).
• To maintain operational logs record, equipment readings, and shift hand-over notes.
• To maintain PM Scheduled of all utilities equipment.
• Designed and implemented Permit-to-Work (PTW) system to ensure workplace safety.
• To manage inventory of raw materials and utility supplies in accordance with operational requirements, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
