Job summary

Molbio Diagnostics in Goa, India is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to manage the operation and maintenance of utility equipment and to supervise repairs and service contractors. You will monitor equipment, update logbooks, perform PPM activities, and ensure energy efficiency while preserving a safe, clean work environment.

• Operation and Maintenance of utility equipment
• Monitoring of utility equipment and updating the logbooks
• Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activity for utility and manufacturing equipment
• Handling equipment breakdown activity for utility and manufacturing equipment
• Carrying out General Maintenance activity
• Carrying out General Work activity
• Overseeing service engineers and contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Conducting routine inspection of premises and equipment
• Doing chemical dosing for Cooling tower water, RO-EDI plant and ETP-STP Plant
• Maintaining a good working relationship with other Departments and Sub-departments
• Assuring optimize use of energy resources like electricity, diesel and water for energy saving
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
