Job summary

Hydro Pneumatic Engineers in Hyderabad, Telangana seeks a Shift Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments to operate and monitor autoclaves, ovens, furnaces, and process heating equipment.

You will control temperature, pressure, vacuum, and curing cycles; troubleshoot electrical/control panels; read P&ID drawings; and coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams. B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma is required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a process/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pharma, aerospace, or process industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autoclaves, circulating ovens, industrial furnaces, and process heating equipment.
• Monitor and control temperature, pressure, vacuum, and curing cycles.
• Operate heaters, blowers, circulation fans, dampers, valves, compressors, and vacuum pumps.
• Monitor PID temperature controllers, PLC-based systems, and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Coordinate calibration of RTDs, thermocouples, pressure gauges, transmitters, and controllers.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, MCCs, contactors, relays, MCBs, and control panels.
• Read and understand P&ID, electrical drawings, equipment manuals, and operating procedures.
• Maintain shift-wise operation, maintenance, and equipment records.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of all equipment during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and company standards.
