Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience with mechanical and HVAC systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation & maintenance (O&M) of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Monitor and maintain chillers, HVAC, RO, FPS and other utility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance per defined schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance, safety and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with technicians and site teams for smooth shift operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
