Job summary

JLL in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee uninterrupted operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, fire fighting and plumbing systems.

You will implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, conduct daily inspections, manage permits to work and lockout/tagout, support safety audits and energy optimization, and supervise technical staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Property Management, Building Operations, or Technical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and technical audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
• Implement Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance schedules.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, checklist monitoring, and breakdown management.
• Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures during technical activities.
• Support in safety audits, fire drills, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly technical MIS reports.
• Coordinate with contractors for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, history equipment, and asset records.
• Validate service reports, attendance, and vendor invoices.
• Document incident reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.

1.7. Background & Experience

• Professional Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience in Property Management, Building Operations, or Technical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
• Exposure to handling technical services in Commercial, Corporate, IT/ITES, or Industrial facilities.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and technical audits.
