Job summary

ESP Engineered in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design and develop technical solutions on the Marketing cloud platform. The role requires experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with proficiency in using GitHub and Bitbucket.

About Role

• Designs technical end-to-end solutions for business processes in the Marketing cloud platform with integration into other applications.
• Assist in technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications
• Defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
• Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that architecture standards are followed
• Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, when needed
• Involvement in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process
• Close cooperation with near- and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization

Skills and Requirements

• 1-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer experienced in a multi-org environment
• Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management.
• Preferably proficient in the usage of Marketing Deployment Manager, GitHub, and Bitbucket
• Deep understanding of configuration management in Marketing Cloud including Marketing Connect with Sales Cloud and/or service cloud
• Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMP script, Content builder, SQL, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, landing pages, and journey builder
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards, and governor limits
• Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM)
• Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Your profile is rounded off by fluent business English skills and the Minimum C1 German proficiency required.
• Should be able to translate business requirements into user stories and provide suitable solutions.
