Job summary

Dentsu Global Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Analyst to bridge business and technology in a fast-paced eCommerce setting. You will own production issue resolutions, analyze cross-system problems, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

Collaborating with business, engineering, and client teams, you will document needs, drive end-to-end workflows, and maintain clear status updates while ensuring smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SFCC experience.
• Proven BA in eCommerce projects.
• Understanding of OMS, preferably IBM Sterling OMS.
• Experience analyzing production issues and root cause analysis.
• Ability to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle and system integrations.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, log analysis, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Are you an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Production Support and Order Management? We're looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology while driving end-to-end resolution of production issues.

We're looking for someone with:

• 1) Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce projects.
• 2) Good understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS), preferably IBM Sterling OMS.
• 3) Experience analyzing production issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
• 4) Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• 5) Knowledge of end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle and system integrations.
• 6) Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, log analysis, and production support processes.
• 7) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
