EAZY is seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for enterprise customers in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in SFA/DMS implementation, managing teams, and working closely with enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams for successful deployments, driving platform adoption, and mentoring regional implementation teams. A strong background with SFA platforms such as FieldAssist, Bizom, or Botree is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in SFA/DMS implementation.
• Experience with enterprise SFA platforms such as FieldAssist, Bizom, Botree, or similar.
• Proven experience managing teams and working with enterprise accounts.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for enterprise customers.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key client accounts during implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Understand client business processes and translate requirements into successful product deployments.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Drive platform adoption by conducting stakeholder workshops, user enablement sessions, and change‑management initiatives.
• Monitor implementation milestones, project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Track project health using dashboards, MIS, and implementation metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Work closely with Account Managers to identify enhancement opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and support upselling initiatives.
• Mentor regional implementation teams and establish best practices for project execution and customer engagement.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to enhance delivery quality and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
