Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an analytical and data-savvy Services Operations Analyst in India. You will monitor and improve services operations, work with operations, finance, and engineering to set business priorities, and provide dashboards and reports using Salesforce, FFA, and Tableau.

Ideal candidate has Salesforce Platform Suite experience, prior work in a services organization, and a knack for turning data into actionable insights while documenting processes and presenting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology.
• Ability to work independently and follow process documentation.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Platform Suite in a services context.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional partners and internal tools (SF, FFA, Salesforce PSA) to provide dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and reviews.
• Identify trends and opportunities for scale using data analysis and business knowledge.
• Create and distribute reports to stakeholders from leadership to contributors on a regular cadence.
• Develop new reports and dashboards in Salesforce or Tableau to increase visibility of key metrics.
• Improve processes and system configurations to optimize operations.

AHEAD is seeking an analytical and data-savvy self-starter with a passion for helping others harness data to improve decision making and drive organizational intelligence. We're targeting a disciplined, intellectually curious, and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity—a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. As an analyst for Services Operations, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that we effectively monitor and improve our services operations, deeply understand issues that impact our group, and work closely with operations, finance, and engineering partners to set the right business priorities to best support the organization

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with cross-functional partners and internal tools, which include but are not limited to Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization, by way of dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews
• Appling your knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities for scale
• Compiling and or running of reports and distributing to required stakeholders throughout the organization from leadership to individual contributors on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence
• Creation of new reports and or dashboards within native salesforce or salesforce analytics (Tableau) to increase the visibility of key metrics with the organization
• Continued focus on improving the processes and system configurations to make operations as streamlined and accurate as possible.

Education and Experience

• Experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite
• Previous experience working in a Services Organization
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology
• Ability to work independently and follow process documentation
• Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks
• Strong documentation skills
• Highly Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel
• Tableau experience would be a plus
• Experience providing top-level customer service
