Job summary

Cornerstone Research is seeking a Services Operations Analyst to manage governance and operations for the Cornerstone Global Professional Services Operations teams. You will own CRM systems, develop analytics, and collaborate with Partners, Sales, Finance, and Technology to coordinate onboarding and service delivery.

You will design and lead initiatives across on-boarding, project creation, and PSA tooling, while driving efficiency and scalability across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in the field or related area.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work collaboratively with virtual/global teams.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced MS Excel.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Open Air, MS Project Server, PeopleSoft.

Services Operations Analyst

This role is Office Based,Hyderabad Office

The Service OperationsAnalyst will be responsible for managing key aspects of process governance andoperations for the Cornerstone Global Professional Services Operationsteam. This includes activities such as reporting& analytics, ownership and maintenance of CRM systems, and providing strategicaland tactical support to the Professional Services team. Collaboration in thisrole means partnering with the Partner Success Managers, Sales, Finance, andTechnology teams to coordinate key aspects of the on-boarding and servicedelivery process. The ServicesOperations Analyst will also manage the day-to-day activities of new projectcreation and expertise of our PSA tool.

InThis Role You Will:

• Design innovative solutions tosupport Services/Partner Operations business and enable global resourcingacross North America, EMEA, APJ, and emerging markets using OperationalExcellence principles.
• Leadthe processing of customer agreements, interpret contract matter, and takeappropriate action to provision necessary changes with internalstakeholders and partners.
• Scope and executeproject/programs aimed at garnering efficiency and overall profitability.
• Ownership and maintenance ofthe CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Conduct end-to-end analytics toidentify opportunities for improvement across process, people, andtechnology, specific to the global delivery and partner operations.
• Help set and refine goals withregards to partner operations and global resourcing with bothexternal/internal leaders, ensuring a simple solution at scale.
• Deploydesign solutions for short (quick hits), medium (process changes), andlong-term (e.g., automation) across Services to ensure consistent,efficient operations at scale.
• Influenceproject objectives and direction with company leaders.
• Leveragetechnical capabilities to orchestrate and drive solutions involvingsystems and process changes to improve the delivery of service to clientsand enable business intelligence.
• Structureand build out complex reporting needs and deliver presentations.
• Assistglobal resourcing team as needed with services staffing internally andexternally with partners.
• Provide analysis and reports asrequired by Finance and the Leadership teams as well as own and manage theregular reporting and audit practice.

• Bachelor'sideally or equivalent experience.
• 4+year of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
• Excellentcommunication and PowerPoint skills to deliver presentations to multiplelevels of leadership.
• Highlymotivated self-starter who is an excellent team player and can workcollaboratively across multiple functions with virtual and global teamleaders.
• Strongleadership and mentoring experience, with a passion to teach, while alsodemonstrate openness to learn from others.
• Exceptionaldata analysis skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledgeof CRM systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Open Air, MS Project Server,Peoplesoft etc. with an emphasis on system integration, data warehousing,and analytics.
