Job summary

Labindia Analytical Instruments Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Field Services Engineer for on-site support of analytical instruments. You will troubleshoot equipment, provide technical support, and perform preventive maintenance during client visits.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience with instruments like pH meters, UV spectrometers, auto titrators and melting point devices, plus fluency in Tamil for local client communication. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Lab instruments and provide onsite technical support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service visits at customer locations in Chennai.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
• Document service activities and report issues to the engineering team.
