Infobeans is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect to design, implement, and scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and SPM. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, lead development teams, and ensure best practices across the platform.

The role requires hands-on leadership in platform development, multi-module integration via REST/SOAP, and governance to deliver enterprise-scale deployments across the organization in India.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong architecture background.
• Proven leadership in multi-module ServiceNow deployments.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Work across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SPM modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.

• Oversee CMDB design, data modeling, and data governance strategies.

The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, lead development teams, and ensure best practices across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
• Work across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SPM
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
• Drive integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
• Hands-on expertise in multiple modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SPM
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM framework, and Discovery
• Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CIS (in relevant modules)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred for Architect role
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Exposure to GenAI integrations within ServiceNow (preferred)
