NTT DATA Services in Delhi, India seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ITAM/APM Admin deployments. The role combines hands-on development with strategic delivery to transform service management using CSM and ITIL-aligned processes.

You will oversee real-time integrations, work across CRM, ERP, and finance systems, and drive architecture-aligned implementations while mentoring teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow and 2+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
