Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant_Event Management Engineer to join our team in Delhi, India. Location: On-site (as required). Full-Time role focusing on leading and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

The candidate will design scalable CSM solutions, work across Case Management, Knowledge Management, and entitlements, and integrate ServiceNow with CRM and ERP systems, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in ServiceNow with 4+ years in CSM experience.
• Proven track record of enterprise ServiceNow implementations (CSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Provide hands-on expertise across CSM modules: Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, Customer Onboarding.
• Deep knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply ITIL-aligned ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• Required: Should be CIS – CSM certified.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
