NTT DATA invites applications for a ServiceNow - Technical Consultant_Platform Admin role in Delhi, India. This on-site, full-time position focuses on delivering scalable CSM solutions and strong integration across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow and 1+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide hands‑on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real‑time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third‑party platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
