Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Architect for roles across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. The candidate will own end-to-end architectural ownership, design scalable, secure, AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions, and lead pre-sales engagements with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, deep ServiceNow knowledge, and hands-on or architectural experience with AI/Now Assist.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, and performance considerations; AI & Automation Capabilities (Mandatory).
• Proven hands-on or architectural experience with ServiceNow AI / Now Assist.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and automation use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI applicability, limitations, and governance in enterprise platforms.
• Ability to guide teams on AI-driven acceleration and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support deal cycles, craft solution architectures, estimate effort and build stakeholder confidence.
• Own the overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across modules.
• Design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions using out-of-box capabilities, App Engine, and extensions.
• Lead AI & Intelligent Automation Architecture initiatives.
• Configure platform, customize, and extend capabilities as needed.
• Oversee Service Portal & Experience Design; ensure scalable delivery.

ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Architect
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM, and proven capabilities in ServiceNow AI and intelligent automation.

The role will be responsible for end‑to‑end architectural ownership, designing, Result-driven ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solution Architect, scalable, secure, and AI‑enabled ServiceNow solutions, while being flexible and willing to scale across modules, programs, and delivery demands as organizational needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong track record in supporting deal cycles, crafting solution architectures, estimating effort, and driving stakeholder confidence through consultative selling and value-based storytelling.
• ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design Own the overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across enterprise modules. Design scalable, extensible, and upgrade‑safe solutions using out‑of‑box capabilities, App Engine, and custom extensions.
• AI & Intelligent Automation Architecture (Core Expectation)
• Platform Configuration, Customization & Extensibility
• Service Portal & Experience Design
• Leadership, Scalability & Demand Management

Required Skills & Experience ServiceNow Expertise

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, and performance considerations AI & Automation Capabilities (Mandatory)
• Proven hands‑on or architectural experience with ServiceNow AI / Now Assist
• Experience designing AI‑enabled workflows and automation use cases
• Strong understanding of AI applicability, limitations, and governance in enterprise platforms
• Ability to guide teams on AI‑driven acceleration and quality outcomes

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine
• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and modern workspace experiences
• Strong integration and data architecture experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / other modules)
• Experience in COE or large multi‑instance ServiceNow environments
