Qualifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow across modules: ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, ITAM.
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams.
• Minimum 12 years in ServiceNow development, including 2+ years as an architect.
• Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise. As a senior technology leader, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, integration design, development standards, and platform governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are optimized for business impact, aligned with industry best practices, and seamlessly integrated into the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives. This role is pivotal in driving global digital transformation, operational excellence and rolling out Risk related capabilities in ServiceNow. Your skills and experience

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, ITAM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams.
• Minimum 12 years of ServiceNow development, including 2+ years as an architect.
• Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, with a track record of working in global, virtual teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals.
