Responsibilities

• Shape and support the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals.
• Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions.
• Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes.
• Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs.
• Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the platform.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, from requirements through to deployment and hypercare.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs and implementable solutions.
• Drive hands‑on configuration, development, and integration across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
• Own and govern solution delivery quality, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Lead integration implementation using APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with target architecture and data models (e.g. CSDM).
• Support release management, deployments, and environment strategy.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve efficiency and platform adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post‑go‑live.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to building a strong engineering capabilities

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, driving delivery across complex transformation programmes within a global banking environment. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
