Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a ServiceNow SIR Administrator & POD Lead to guide a small team in Hyderabad. Hybrid work model with 6+ years of experience in security incident response and ServiceNow SIR administration.

You will manage RBAC, integrate SIEM/SOAR/EDR tools, coordinate upgrades, and drive process improvements and roadmaps across the SIR POD. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Run a small team of SIR Specialists and build SIR POD processes

• Coordinate platform upgrades and feature testing
• Manage SIR releases and roadmaps
• Oversee change delivery and incident handling processes

Role: ServiceNow SIR Administrator & POD Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Required Qualification:-

Responsibilities will include:

• Running a small team of SIR Specialists, integrating the wider ServiceNow development community and building processes & procedures for the SIR POD, ensuring control compliance
• Administering, maintaining and supporting the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Module
• Designing, implementing and maintaining robust RBAC models for SIR
• Supporting the integration of security tools such as SIEM, SOAR & EDR
• Co-ordinating and supporting platform upgrades, testing and new feature implementations
• Managing & communicating releases for SIR
• Product development lifecycle and roadmap planning
• Process ownership for change delivery and incident handling
• Managing documentation space and ownership of templates for process definitions, implementation plans and troubleshooting activities
