We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SECOPS (Security Operations) Developer/Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations modules, integrations, workflows, and ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SECOPS solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules including:
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Threat Intelligence
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party security tools such as: Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike.
• Work closely with security teams to automate incident response and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for security operations.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
