Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow SecOps experience including SIR and VR.
• Expertise in REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Strong scripting: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience integrating with Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Proofpoint, Azure Security, Varonis, SIEMs.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and incident response processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations for SIR and VR modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security tools like Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and others.
• Configure inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Transform Maps.
• Automate security incident and vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
• Implement vulnerability ingestion, enrichment, remediation, and closure processes.
• Develop with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Infra Teams, and ServiceNow Developers for remediation tracking.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.

Mandatory Skills

• 68 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills:
