Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Expertise in REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations for ServiceNow SIR and VR modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security tools (e.g., Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Proofpoint, Azure Security, Varonis, SIEM).
• Configure inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Transform Maps.
• Automate security incident and vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
• Implement and support ingestion, enrichment, remediation, and closure processes.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and custom ServiceNow apps.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Infra, and ServiceNow Developers to ensure remediation tracking.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Maintain technical docs, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
