Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations for SIR and VR using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Transform Maps.

Collaborate with Security Analysts and Infrastructure Teams to ensure remediation tracking, robust incident handling, and scalable automation across ERP/security ecosystems.

Formación

• 68 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including: Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Expertise in REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Proofpoint, Azure Security, Varonis, and SIEM platforms.
• Good understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support integrations for ServiceNow SIR and VR modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security tools (Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Proofpoint, Azure Security, Varonis, SIEM).
• Configure inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP/Webhooks/IntegrationHub/MID Server/Transform Maps.
• Automate security incident and vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and custom ServiceNow apps.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Infrastructure Teams, and ServiceNow Developers to ensure remediation tracking.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

• Automate security incident and vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
• Implement and support vulnerability ingestion, enrichment, remediation, and closure processes.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Infrastructure Teams, and ServiceNow Developers to ensure seamless integrations and remediation tracking.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
