Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Lead Developer to drive security automation and operational excellence within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will architect and implement robust security solutions, align ITIL frameworks with SecOps, and enhance vulnerability management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in IT services with substantial ServiceNow development.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACL configuration.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools for complex automation.
• Strong background integrating external security tools with ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and Security Operations (SecOps) processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Skilled in managing vulnerability lifecycles from identification to remediation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enforce security policies and automate critical workflows.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow tools to build efficient, scalable processes for security operations and service delivery.
• Lead the integration of external third-party security applications with the ServiceNow platform to create a unified security view.
• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules to ensure rapid detection and remediation of threats.
• Oversee end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation lifecycles, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a significant portion dedicated to ServiceNow development.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in core ServiceNow scripting languages, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACL configuration.
• Show proven expertise in configuring Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools for complex automation scenarios.
• Have a strong background in integrating external security tools and platforms with ServiceNow.
• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of ITIL methodologies and Security Operations (SecOps) processes.
• Hold specific experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) applications.
• Be skilled in managing vulnerability lifecycles, from identification and assessment to remediation and reporting.
