Qualifications

Must-have: ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow GRC, ServiceNow SecOps, JavaScript, REST API, SIEM Integration, ITIL, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response workflows.
Customize and extend ServiceNow with Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to meet security and compliance needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM tools and IAM platforms to automate alerting, triage, and remediation.
Create and maintain GRC dashboards, audit trails, and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow reporting engine and widgets.
Collaborate with InfoSec, Audit, and IT teams to translate controls into automated workflows and enforce policy via automation.
Lead code reviews, platform upgrades, and performance tuning to maintain security posture and stability.

About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules—including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response workflows.
Customize and extend ServiceNow platform using Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IAM platforms, and external risk databases to automate alerting, triage, and remediation.
Implement and maintain GRC reporting dashboards, audit trails, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) using ServiceNow's built-in reporting engine and custom widgets.
Collaborate with InfoSec, Audit, and IT teams to translate control requirements into automated workflows and enforce policy violations via automation.
Lead code reviews, platform upgrades, and performance tuning for ServiceNow instances to maintain security posture and system stability.
