Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional IT services experience with ServiceNow development.
• Advanced proficiency in core ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACL).
• Experience configuring Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools for complex automation.
• Strong background integrating external security tools with ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of ITIL methodologies and Security Operations (SecOps).
• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Management of vulnerability lifecycles from identification to remediation.

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will architect and implement robust security solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment between ITIL frameworks and advanced security operations. This position is critical for enhancing our vulnerability management capabilities, streamlining incident response workflows, and integrating third-party security tools to fortify our overall security posture against emerging threats.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enforce security policies and automate critical workflows.
  
• Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow tools to build efficient, scalable processes for security operations and service delivery.
  
• Lead the integration of external third-party security applications with the ServiceNow platform to create a unified security view.
  
• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules to ensure rapid detection and remediation of threats.
