Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Pro License Analyst / SAM Process Consultant to lead software asset governance across the enterprise. The role focuses on license optimization, compliance, and risk reduction within the ServiceNow SAM Pro platform.

You will manage software models, entitlements, and publisher packs while collaborating with Procurement, IT, Security, Vendor Management, and Finance teams to improve asset visibility and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Professional platform
• Understanding of SAM concepts, licensing, compliance, and optimization
• Experience with license governance and optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with ITAM/ITIL and ISO 19770 frameworks

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate ServiceNow SAM Professional
• Configure reconciliation, entitlements, publisher packs, and compliance management
• Manage software models, contracts, subscriptions, and entitlements
• Perform ELP analysis and compliance assessments
• Monitor consumption vs entitlements; identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Support audits, true-ups, and audit readiness initiatives
• Define and improve SAM processes aligned with ITIL and ISO 19770
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Security, Vendor Management, and Finance teams
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for SAM governance
