About Position

We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Management Operations Specialist with experience in ServiceNow platform operations, project coordination, ITSM processes, stakeholder management, and service delivery governance. The ideal candidate will support project execution, track operational activities, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous service improvements. Relevant internal materials reference ServiceNow strategy, project execution, governance, ITSM consulting, and operational readiness.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support day-to-day project operations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, service owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resource utilization, and operational performance metrics.
• Support Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Release Management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and operational artifacts.
• Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor SLA and KPI adherence and provide actionable recommendations for service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in operational readiness activities for new service introductions and platform changes.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements related to ServiceNow operations.
• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation best practices across projects and support functions.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• 8 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Operations, Project Coordination, ITSM, or Service Delivery Management.
• Strong hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform and related operational processes.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, and Release Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise project governance and project management operations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Experience tracking and managing SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and service performance reports.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong reporting, documentation, dashboard creation, and operational analysis skills.
• Experience driving process improvement and service optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles, service management best practices, and operational governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow transformation and modernization programs is preferred.
