DTS Product Owner is accountable for HR Service Now technological strategy; application roadmap, implementation & support coordination; key DTS business contact landscape.

- Coordinate and provide functional leadership to the DTS Workday team
Job responsibilities include:
- Serve as the product owner for Service Now HRSD platform.
- Business Analyst and Platform Architect of Workflow Management, Dynamic workflow, Service Request Management and Service Portal however will not limit to this only when requirements come from other Modules
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of HRSD.
- Partner with key HR stakeholders to maintain a backlog, prioritize work, design solutions and define Ways of Working that meet the business needs.
- Understand and translate business needs to technical requirements and vice versa.
- Configure ServNow HRSD to meet business requirements, including business process workflows, portal, integrations and custom reports.
- As the subject matter expert in ServNow HRSD and employee data, provide guidance and hands‑on technical support for escalated application‑related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems in partnership with the managed services support team in a timely manner.
- Establish and lead governance process, including intake, approval and demand prioritization.
- Define solution standards, guidelines, guardrails and decision principles across the HR technology landscape.
- Ensure solution designs adhere to approved architecture patterns, security requirements, integration standards and enterprise technology principles.
- Develop UI/UX design, wire frames to support functional design including full documentation of user journey when new project is chartered
- Stay current with ServNow HRSD releases and new features, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Serve as the ServNow HRSD Release Manager, coordinating with HR, DTS and business stakeholders ensuring smooth deployment of system updates to align releases with business objectives and through annual releases and hotfixes.
- Collaborate across other product owners/product teams to understand planned activities and potential impacts on the product and/or team’s capacity.
- Partner on technology roadmap tied to business strategy.
- Create clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, change and configuration documentation, and product roadmaps.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of proven experience managing Service Now ITSN Tool set and processes and 4 years on HRSD
- Minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow implementation and Administration experience in large complex environments is required
- Mandatory hands‑on Experience working on ServiceNow HRSD.
- Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets • Hands on Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, JSON, REST and SOAP
- Must have Hands‑on Experience working on Service Portal (Implementing new functionalities on Portal, upgrade testing, modifying/creating Portal Pages, Widgets).
- Knowledge with integrations and Automation tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Agile development and all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience coordinating small teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Decision‑making – Capability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, balancing competing priorities and risks
- Backlog management – Skills in creating, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure that the development team works on the highest-value items
- Developing/mentoring others and providing guidance/feedback to drive outcomes.
- Experience proactively engaging available technology resources to develop a strong network and growth (e.g., ServNow Community, user groups, etc).
- Data Analysis – Ability to analyze data and metrics to understand product performance, user behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Problem solving – Aptitude for identifying issues and obstacles and finding practical solutions to keep the product development on track.
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance, cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
