Job summary

HCLTech in India is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specialized in ServiceNow to lead architecture design, transform roadmaps, and engage with C-suite executives across multiple regions.

You will coordinate global teams, develop technical solution designs and cost estimates, present to clients and internal stakeholders, and facilitate workshops to turn requirements into a compelling business case and a deployable solution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication at executive level.
• Strong Process Analysis / Requirement gathering skills.
• Experience in architecting and Solution consulting.
• Experience in ServiceNow solution design and transformation roadmap.
• Consulting experience and/or certification as Technology Architect.
• Experience as solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity on ServiceNow or similar platform.
• ITIL Foundation is preferred.
• Coordination, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across multiple regions.
• Develop technical solution design and create corresponding cost estimates.
• Present and discuss solutions with client executives.
• Present technology solution to internal executive approvers.
• Help clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes and creating technology solutions that support the client business drivers.
• Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a proposed business case and solution design.
• Act as customers’ key contact on the proposed technology solution.
• Responsible for creating SOW for the proposed solution.
• Responsible for transitioning the solution to the Build team for implementation upon contract signature.
• Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs.
• Participation across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customers.
• Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners.
• Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remotely.
• Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s).
• Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
• Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV.
• Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
• Act as the subject matter expert at Executive briefings / marketing events.

Skill Profile:
