Role & responsibilities

Role Descriptions: ServiceNow Platform Analytics & SOC KPI reporting Analyst Experience Required: 4-6

We are seeking a ServiceNow Resource with strong experience across ITSM, Security Operations (SecOps), Platform Analytics, and integrations. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, building scalable integrations, supporting operational reporting and KPIs, and driving platform improvements across ITSM and security service management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, SecOps modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SecOps capabilities, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• Proven experience designing and developing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting.
• Strong scripting and development skills including JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Scoped Applications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex platform, integration, and data-related issues.
