Job description

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow functionality.
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using ServiceNow's scripting language.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and data integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and features.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, features, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks such as REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
