Job summary

The role involves designing and developing ServiceNow applications and integrations, enhancing ITSM/ITOM processes, and collaborating in Agile ceremonies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow scoped applications and customizations.
• Implement and enhance ITSM/ITOM processes and maintain CMDB integrity.
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and optimize business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, scheduled jobs, Glide scripts, and Flow Designer flows for production stability and performance.
• Manage update sets, source control handoffs, code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and release deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA in Agile ceremonies; produce technical design documents and implementation guides.

Primary title: ServiceNow Developer

Industry: IT staffing and digital transformation recruiting supporting enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), and cloud transformation initiatives across BFSI, manufacturing, and technology sectors. We are hiring an on-site ServiceNow Developer in India to deliver enterprise implementations, customizations, and integrations for large-scale clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow scoped applications, modules, and customizations using server-side and client-side scripting.
• Implement and enhance ITSM/ITOM processes—Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management—and maintain CMDB integrity.
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server connectors.
• Create and optimize business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, scheduled jobs, Glide scripts, and Flow Designer flows for production stability and performance.
• Manage update sets, source control handoffs, code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and release deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA in Agile ceremonies; produce technical design documents and implementation guides.
