Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM ITAM Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into BRDs/FRDs, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure effective solutions. Remote - India with 4+ years in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM, UAT support, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM business analysis or related ServiceNow functional roles.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Job Overview
