Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will work with stakeholders to understand IT operations and asset management processes and support implementation and enhancements of ITOM/ITAM modules.

You will coordinate workshops, prepare BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and assist with UAT and defect resolution while maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders in a fully

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM business analysis or related ServiceNow functional roles.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM ITAM Business Analyst with strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The ideal candidate should have experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding IT operations and asset management processes, and supporting ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
