Job summary

NowVia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Senior Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. You will design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HAM and SAM modules to optimize the asset lifecycle.

You will configure and customize ServiceNow for asset tracking, compliance, and governance, integrate ITAM with ITSM and other modules, and collaborate with IT operations and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITAM modules, HAM and SAM.
• Good understanding of CMDB, asset lifecycle management, and best practices.
• Experience with scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
