Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise IT Asset Management solutions. You will align architecture with business objectives, drive governance, and ensure software and hardware asset governance across large global environments.

You will mentor teams, support presales, collaborate with delivery, CMDB, CSDM, IRE integrations, and leverage JavaScript and ServiceNow development principles to deliver scalable, compliant asset

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAM, HAM, procurement, and contract management.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, IRE, data import sets and transforms.
• Proven JavaScript development and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM solutions across SAM, HAM, Procurement, and Contract Management.
• Defining architecture standards, integration strategies, and platform governance.
• Leading customer workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and advisory engagements.
• Collaborating with delivery teams on integrations, data management, CMDB alignment, and best practices.
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring consultants and developers, and contributing to capability development.
• Supporting presales activities including solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, and proposals.

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, helping customers enhance software compliance, asset visibility, procurement governance, and lifecycle management.

As a ServiceNow ITAM Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for IT Asset Management solutions, working closely with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices. You will provide strategic guidance across Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Procurement, and Contract Management while supporting pre‑sales initiatives and driving successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM solutions across Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Procurement, and Contract Management.
• Defining architecture standards, integration strategies, and platform governance to support enterprise asset lifecycle management.
• Leading customer workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations, data management, CMDB alignment, and platform best practices.
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring consultants and developers, and contributing to capability development within the ITAM practice.
• Supporting presales activities including solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, and customer proposal development.

What we need to see from you

• Strong experience designing and delivering ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Procurement, Contract Management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and platform integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data management, import sets, transform maps, integrations, and external data source connectivity.
• Experience working with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development principles.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
