Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer / Technical Lead (Associate Manager) in Gurugram for PAN India work location. The role requires 7.5+ years in ServiceNow development, implementation, customization and integration, with strong GRC or SecOps exposure.

The candidate will lead design, development, and deployment, manage client expectations, and drive pre-sales efforts. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, customization, and integration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance or ServiceNow SecOps.
• Technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, third-party integrations, security solutions, project delivery, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Install, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Workflows, and Email Notifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted Web Services.
• Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration between platforms.
• Work on Service Portal page designs and widget configurations.
• Manage Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article configurations.
• Handle ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Lead project delivery, allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and manage client expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
