Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect in GRC/IRM.
• End-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM delivery from requirements to go-live.
• Understanding of GRC/IRM capabilities, risk frameworks, compliance processes, audits, and policy management.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Define scalable solution architecture aligned with business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Design workflows, data models, integrations, access controls, and platform configurations for GRC/IRM.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

About the Role

inMorphis is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect – GRC/IRM with strong hands-on implementation and solution architecture experience. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations, translate business and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions, and drive architecture decisions across enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Define scalable solution architecture aligned with business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement GRC/IRM capabilities, including:
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Audit Management
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Integrated Risk Management workflows
• Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and clients.
• Design workflows, data models, integrations, access controls, and platform configurations.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, security guidelines, and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Review technical designs, guide development teams, resolve complex technical issues, and manage architectural risks.
• Support solution demonstrations, technical discussions, estimations, and presales activities where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect, specifically in GRC/IRM.
• Strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Deep understanding of GRC/IRM capabilities, risk frameworks, compliance processes, audit workflows, and policy management.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, data models, and security controls.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise implementation engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD credentials, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will be an added advantage not mandatory
• Experience with enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, audit, and third-party risk management programs.
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades, integrations, and large-scale transformation projects.
