Job summary

DataLunix is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Consultant with 7+ years of hands‑on experience to join our team. You will work on IRM/GRC modules, configurations, integrations, and production support within a large enterprise ServiceNow environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Flow Designer, scripting, REST APIs, and Service Catalog, along with an ability to advise on best practices and solution design in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and IRM/GRC modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Experience with Service Catalog items, Producers, order guides, workflows, and Inbound Email Actions.
• Hands-on experience with scripted REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with data migration, Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts.
• Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production Support.
• Experience working on different ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Ability to advise customers on best practices and solution design.
