Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD BPC Developer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) with a focus on BPC (Best Practice Configuration) and possess the CIS-HR (Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module using BPC principles.
• Configure and customize HR Service Delivery components such as:
  • Lifecycle Events
  • Case and Knowledge Management
  • Employee Service Center
  • HR Integrations
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and HRSD architecture.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow HRSD implementations and upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and SOPs.
• Support incident resolution, problem management, and change requests related to HRSD.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong expertise in HRSD module with proven experience on Best Practice Configuration (BPC).
• Mandatory ServiceNow CIS-HR certification.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, or Security Operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications.
