Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD professional to lead integration projects and HRSD configurations. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and process teams to implement changes and ensure stable production releases.

Responsibilities include maintaining HRSD service catalog, enabling integrations with Workday, and applying best practices in delivery methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServiceNow certification.
• HRSD experience required.
• Experience in system integration; ServiceNow–Workday integration desirable.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies and Agile delivery.
• Competent stakeholder management during delivery lifecycle.
• Effective communication and ability to synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, product and process owners to meet NAB's evolving requirements and to manage hotfixes, patches and feature releases successfully into production.
• Implement and maintain integrations in ServiceNow with Service Owners and stakeholders to maximize value.
• Maintain and enhance the service catalogue and service portal for HRSD, configuring workflows and scripting.
• Provide technical expertise, configuration, testing and implementation of changes within HRSD.
• Validate functionality and performance of new development projects within the organisation's systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development lifecycle.

Must-Have

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Current ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
• ServiceNow HRSD experience is required.
• Experience in system integration. Experience with integration between ServiceNow and Workday is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery
• Competent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply the fundamentals of Change Management throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way

Good-to-Have

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals
• ITIL & HRSD implantation certification is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills
