Job summary

Teamware Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow GRC specialist to design, implement, and deliver comprehensive GRC solutions across policy, risk, audit, and vendor risk management from our Bengaluru, Pune, or Noida offices.

You will map regulatory requirements to controls, perform gaps analysis, and build integrations using REST APIs, web services, and JSON. Strong knowledge of ITSM, SECOPS, and ITAM on the ServiceNow platform is required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years total IT experience with 6+ years implementation experience (as per JD).
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, GDPR risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow GRC solutions across policy, risk, audit, vendor risk, continuous monitoring, and BCM.
• Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, ITAM).
• Map regulatory requirements to controls and risks; perform gap analysis; integrate ServiceNow using REST, web services, and JSON.
• Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

• Experience Required: 4 to 8 years total experience (with 8+ years overall IT and a minimum of 6 years of implementation experience specified in the attached JD).
• Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring, and Business Continuity Management.
• Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, ITAM).
• Map regulatory requirements to controls and risks, perform gap analysis, and handle ServiceNow integrations using REST API, web services, and JSON.
• Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

Key Requirements & Certifications:

• Certified Application Developer (Desired).
• Knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, GDPR)
