Job summary

Cloudseed Technologies LLP seeks a lead ServiceNow consultant in Tamil Nadu to drive strategic implementations and enhancements, translating stakeholder needs into optimized ITSM workflows. You will mentor junior team members and promote adoption of best practices to deliver impactful business solutions.

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow deployments across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM, coordinate integrations, and support data migrations while aligning platform capabilities with business

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5–7 years in ServiceNow functional consulting.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certification required.
• Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ITIL understanding and experience with business performance analysis.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to design workflows and ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices.
• Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and guide integrations with other systems; support data migration.
• Supervise project delivery and mentor junior consultants (team size of 8–10)
