Deutsche Bank AG in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Leader to drive end-to-end implementation across complex programmes in a global banking environment.

You will lead discussions, design scalable integrations, and work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions and accelerate platform adoption. This role requires strong delivery ownership, governance of data models (CSDM), and mentoring engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussion on ServiceNow implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals.
• Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions.
• Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes.
• Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs.
• Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation from requirements through to deployment and hypercare.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs and implementable solutions.
• Drive hands-on configuration, development, and integration across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with target architecture and data models (e.g. CSDM).
• Support release management, deployments, and environment strategy.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve efficiency and platform adoption.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to building a strong engineering capabilities.

You will lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions and Integrations, driving delivery across complex transformation programmes within a global banking environment. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will combine deep technical expertise with delivery ownership—ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities are implemented effectively, aligned to business outcomes, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to support innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the platform
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, from requirements through to deployment and hypercare
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs and implementable solutions
• Drive hands-on configuration, development, and integration across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
• Own and govern solution delivery quality, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
• Lead integration implementation using APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with target architecture and data models (e.g. CSDM)
• Support release management, deployments, and environment strategy
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve efficiency and platform adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to building a strong engineering capabilities

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments
• Strong hands‑on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting
• Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event‑driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery while remaining hands‑on technically
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to drive issues to resolution
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
