Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to shape and deliver platform implementations across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and lead hands-on delivery from requirements through deployment and hypercare.

Based in Pune, the role requires strong design leadership, data modelling expertise, and the ability to collaborate with enterprise architects to align with target architecture and CSDM concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles.
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on technically.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to drive issues to resolution.
