Job summary

Input Zero Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM/PPM consultant to configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows for demanding clients.

You will implement Demand Management, PPM, and Resource Management modules, build business rules and integrations, and design dashboards and KPIs. The role requires strong JavaScript skills, Flow Designer experience, and collaboration with clients in workshops.

Qualifications

• 36 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, Investment Funding.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal and Workspace configurations.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications and workflows.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Support data migration, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in solution design workshops and client discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
